Last week, I was in Toronto speaking to groups regarding living a Complaint Free Life. I spoke ot the Human Resources Professional Associations International of Canada and shared with them our exciting new “Complaint Free Organizations” program which is available as a FREE download on the home page of our web site www.AComplaintFreeWorld.org.
Even though I spoke at 7:30 in the morning there were several hundred people in attendance who were very excited about taking the program back to their corporations.
I then flew to Windsor, Ontario where I spoke to the staff of the Caesar’s Casino as well as invited community leaders. Nearly 1000 people attended the two sessions. I ended the trip speaking at the Forster School in Windsor which is an ELS (English as Second Language) school. It was wonderful to see such a diverse group of kids who are now on fire about becoming Complaint Free. The teachers, there, are planning to download our free “Complaint Free Kids” curriculum from our web site www.AComplaintFreeWorld.org.
One of the things people are really resonating with is the idea of a Complaint Free Zone. Both our school and our business programs include forms at the end whereby a leader can designate a certain area as a “Complaint Free Zone.”
Feel free to download either or both programs–they are free. And try making an area of your home or business a “Complaint Free Zone.” Tell people it’s ok to complain, just not in the zone.
Next week I’ll be speaking in Orlando, Fl (and because it’s Orlando, I’m taking my daughter, Lia with me).
Have a great, Complaint Free day!
Will
